I'm not talking about Animal Crossing in this one, although that has been my primary interest during this quarantine (add me let's virtually hang out). I want to talk about Dream Den and this next chapter moving forward.

Dream Den has and always will be changing. That's the whole point. That's why aesthetically, everything has been so minimalist and black and white. I want to embrace the room to grow and add color to my story because college was a new beginning for me. I made a list freshman year about everything I wanted to do in those 4 years and I did pretty much all of it.

1. I wanted to see what it's like to run a clothing brand, gain experience designing clothes, and running a business (check)

2. I wanted to make a feature length film on my iPhone (check)

3. I wanted to fulfill my childhood dream of publishing a book (check)

4. I wanted to organize a runway fashion show (ehhhh..)

Ok, so aside from that last one, I did everything and more. I'm graduating in the fall and this feels like I'm closing the chapter. But, there's one thing nagging at me, and that's the question: "how can I share my writing without publishing a f***ing book every 4+ years. That was a hellish process that I'm not looking to go back to anytime soon either. My plan is to start this blog thing. It's not gonna be just that, though, it will be a living space for any writing I want to share with my dedicated (albeit microscopic) group of supporters. I'm gonna share some stories, poems, updates, and any other cool sh*t I'm into on here occasionally. If I put enough quality writing out I may even charge a $1 subscription service or something to, I don't know, send a few poems and a story to you every month. This is still very much a work in progress but I know this will be a good way to keep my writing sharp and people who crave new, fun, and creative work satisfied.

Final Word: I will also be making changes to the aesthetic of Dream Den as well to better signify the brand metamorphosis. Much like the rest of the world right now, it too will be cacooning. But, what comes out will hopefully be something worth seeing. Stay tuned.

The documentary I've been working on with my talented friend, German Lomeli, is out now. Please go check the guy out.

I open up a lot emotionally and give some good explanation/backstory for the book. All of the ties to The Circuitry Might aside, I think German creates a fun character study.

Honestly this feels like the cherry on the sundae that was The Circuitry Might. 2019 is a gift that keeps giving but I think I've wrung it dry at this point. With this release, I feel like it sort of brings this era to a close. Cheers to the next one.

I hope you'll watch it.
